I completed my Geophysics undergraduate degree at the University of Bristol, winning the Donald Ashby memorial prize for achieving the highest final year mark in the school of Earth Sciences. I then worked as a teaching technician in Cardiff University's department of Earth Sciences before beginning my research in Oxford.
